OE 027105263B — Crankshaft Gear for Audi

Four variables explain most of the spread: material grade, whether the goods are new production or clearance stock, packing format, and whether the quote is ex-works or landed. Ask for the material certificate alongside the price — that is what makes a comparison like-for-like.

Noise normally traces to worn internal surfaces, a loose mount, a dry bearing or contact with a neighbouring part. Isolate it by reproducing the sound at a fixed speed, then compare against the reference photo for 027105263B to confirm the right replacement.

Position depends on the platform. On most Audi applications the crankshaft gear sits on the transmission & drivetrain assembly and can be reached from the engine bay or the underbody without removing the dashboard. Torque figures and disassembly order are given in the workshop manual for each model.

KingMay supplies OEM-grade aftermarket parts built to the 027105263B factory specification: material grade, dimensional tolerance and surface finish follow the original tooling. They are not dealer-boxed genuine parts, and we quote them that way so there is no ambiguity at customs.

Standard minimum order is 10 pieces per part number. Mixed orders that combine 027105263B with other transmission & drivetrain references are welcome — that is how most clients fill an LCL or FCL container without over-stocking a single line.

Incoming batches pass a dimensional check, a material look-up against the transmission & drivetrain specification, and a visual inspection for finish defects. Critical dimensions are measured per carton and the photographs are archived against the order number.
