Product Details
Complete power-assisted and manual steering rack-and-pinion assemblies, remanufactured or new-equivalent. Each assembly is checked for rack travel (lock-to-lock turns), tie rod thread condition, seal integrity and internal valve operation before shipment.
Hydraulic power steering (HPS) racks are pressure-tested with the appropriate ATF/power steering fluid at 130 bar to check for internal and external leakage. Pinion preload is set to OEM specification to ensure correct return-to-centre feel. New hydraulic seals and O-rings are installed as standard in remanufactured units. Bellows boots and clamps are new on all units.
Electric power steering (EPS) racks are function-tested with a simulation controller. Covers Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Ford, GM, Hyundai, Mazda. MOQ 1 pc (small quantities accepted).
