Direct-drive and planetary-gear reduction starter motors for petrol and diesel engines. Planetary-gear starters deliver higher cranking torque in a compact housing — essential for high-compression diesel and GDI engines. Each unit features new brushes, a new solenoid switch, new overrunning clutch and new pinion gear.
Armature windings are verified for insulation resistance and commutator condition. Load-tested on a starter bench at rated voltage (12V) and cranking current before dispatch. Gear reduction ratio and pinion tooth count matched to OEM flywheel ring gear.
