OE 98671-C1000 — Telescopic Device Assemmable - Headlights for Hyundai / Kia

For a short distance at reduced load, usually yes — but the risk compounds. A degraded telescopic device assemmable - headlights transfers stress to neighbouring components, so a small repair can grow into a full electrical & sensors rebuild. Book the replacement once the symptom is repeatable.

Incoming batches pass a dimensional check, a material look-up against the electrical & sensors specification, and a visual inspection for finish defects. Critical dimensions are measured per carton and the photographs are archived against the order number.

Stock references leave Guangzhou within 7 working days. If 98671-C1000 needs a production run, allow 25-35 days depending on quantity and surface treatment. The schedule is confirmed in writing when the order is placed.

Start from the code cast or printed on the part you are removing — that is the authoritative source. If it is illegible, use the Applications table on the closest electrical & sensors reference and narrow by build year. Send photos and we will cross-check the number for you.

OEM means the part was produced for the vehicle maker's assembly line; aftermarket means it is made independently to the same engineering drawing. For a telescopic device assemmable - headlights the practical gap is usually tooling age and packaging rather than fit, provided the tolerance class matches.

Four variables explain most of the spread: material grade, whether the goods are new production or clearance stock, packing format, and whether the quote is ex-works or landed. Ask for the material certificate alongside the price — that is what makes a comparison like-for-like.
