OE 0046523118 — thermostat 46737644 for Hyundai / Kia

Noise normally traces to worn internal surfaces, a loose mount, a dry bearing or contact with a neighbouring part. Isolate it by reproducing the sound at a fixed speed, then compare against the reference photo for 0046523118 to confirm the right replacement.

Start from the code cast or printed on the part you are removing — that is the authoritative source. If it is illegible, use the Applications table on the closest cooling system reference and narrow by build year. Send photos and we will cross-check the number for you.

Position depends on the platform. On most Hyundai / Kia applications the thermostat 46737644 sits on the cooling system assembly and can be reached from the engine bay or the underbody without removing the dashboard. Torque figures and disassembly order are given in the workshop manual for each model.

Standard minimum order is 10 pieces per part number. Mixed orders that combine 0046523118 with other cooling system references are welcome — that is how most clients fill an LCL or FCL container without over-stocking a single line.

Three checks: the code printed on your old part must read 0046523118; the number must fall inside the build-year range in the Applications table; and the connector, thread or bolt pattern must match the reference photo. Codes cast into the housing are the most reliable source.

Wholesale pricing for 0046523118 depends on order quantity, surface treatment and packing. Standard references are quoted ex-Guangzhou with tiered pricing from 10 pieces upward — send quantity and destination port and a quotation usually returns within one business day.
